Workshop for MBC Employees

The workshop was held for the employees in the Headquarters of MBC on October 17th.
The topic of the training was: Equality – A path to stronger business: Gender quality and women empowerment in Private sector. 

During the workshop, among the discussed topics were:

• Corporate responsibility, gender equality and women empowerment principles;
• Equal opportunities, the nonexistence of  discrimination and inclusion;
• Sex, gender and identity classification;
• Gender equality definition;
• Most widely spread accidents in corporations regarding Gender misbalance;
• Corporate responsibility regarding gender equality.
